Young people need meaningful roles in their families, schools and communities on a day to day basis.  Adults need to be aware of the positive impact of youth.  Volunteering and service-learning make a difference!

We tell them, "Go to school, because some day you will need it."  WHAT ABOUT TODAY! Studies by Search Institute and others show that 70% of youth do not feel valued by their communities.  It is up to adults in leadership roles to provide opportunities that include youth in decision-making and service.
